gematrianumbers.com provides:

• Gematria number conversions — converting names, phrases, and terms to numerical values across multiple ciphers
• Sports game notes and patterns — gematria-based analysis of sports matchups and historical patterns
• Prediction models — statistical models for home run picks and other sports outcomes
• Player profiles and statistics — career stats and performance data for athletes
• Discord bot — a bot providing sports data and tools in Discord servers

4. Donations and Payments

• Payments are donations. When you pay for a membership, you are making a voluntary donation in exchange for access to premium content and data on the Site.
• You are purchasing data. Your payment grants you access to the Site's data, analysis, and features. You are willingly choosing to spend your money to access this data.
• No refunds. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, partial or full, for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with content, changes to the Site, account termination, or billing disputes.
• Subscription billing. Subscriptions (monthly at $9.99/month or yearly at $99.99/year) are processed by PayPal and automatically recur until canceled by you through your PayPal account.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to premium content until that date.
• We do not store payment information. All financial transactions are processed by PayPal. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account, or other financial details.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without written permission
• Use automated tools to access the Site in a manner that exceeds normal usage
• Attempt to bypass access controls or payment walls
• Use the Site for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Impersonate another person or entity

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEMATRIANUMBERS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
